Freshly painted, with great decoration, HD TV and a great kitchen, this unit (3307) has a great ocean view and many extras like indoor outdoor speakers, beach accessories and toys, books, games, movies etc. The owners make sure their guests have
plenty of local information such as brochures, maps, and restaurant menus in a convenient desk. We enjoyed our stay in this top quality penthouse. We appreciated the bicycles (included) and the lovely beach less than 2 minutes away. All in all a great value in a calm setting with very kind staff, in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Through Cocoa Beach Best Rentals Company, we were very lucky to experience a vacation at the condo complex, These units are privately owned and furnished and I must say that 3307 was particularly well decorated and it really brought us a homey and comfy feeling throughout the whole vacation. This unit is a truly Oceanfront condo and is located only a few steps away from the Beach. Enjoy the sunrise right at your balcony. They even have free bikes available. It was fabulous. It was a great deal !

We are Centrally Located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. The casino cruises depart daily at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to watch the Space Shuttle and Rocket launches. Make sure you visit Historic Cocoa Village for it's unique shops and restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.
