Elkhorn-The Best Rental In Ouray. in Ouray

This townhome is two years old. It has three bedrooms, each with a
full private bathroom. It is located on Main Street in the City of
Ouray and is about 3/4 mile from downtown Ouray. All the furnishings
and linens are brand new in 2008. We have other townhomes and cabins in Ouray available also if this does not fit your needs.

Single car garage, queen size beds in each bedroom, master bathroom
has an oversized tub, air conditioning, flat screen TV's and DVD
players in the livingroom and master bedroom, free high speed
internet, washer and dryer, bbq, granite countertops, travertine and
solid wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and fixtures, balcony
with great views.

Summer activities include; hiking, biking, ATV riding, offroading.
Good fishing only minutes away in the Uncompahgre river. Boating,
swimming and fishing also very close at the Ridgway Reservoir. The Hot
Springs pool is about 1/2 mile south on Main Street. In the winter
visit Ouray's world famous ice park, skiing in Telluride is only 45
minutes away. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing can be done across
the street on the riverwalk trail.

June-September $1800-$2200 per week. October-May $1200-$1800 per week,
summer rates apply during holidays. We accept reservations for less
than a week but do have a three night minimum. $280-$350 nightly.
