Relax in our island retreat. This one bedroom waterfront condo is just steps from Sunset Beach.
Our condo is on the second floor. You'll love Treasure
Island. Yes, it is really an island-
you must cross causeways to get here. Sunset Beach is known for
breathtaking sunsets, white sand beaches, and sparkling water on the
Gulf of Mexico.
The pelicans,dolphins and boats passing by make the spectacular views
just about perfect. The condo has its own private beach access.

Fun is the password at this charming Florida style condo. There is so much to do.
If your idea of a great vacation is to keep busy partying, shopping, parasailing, visiting museums and being on the go, there is something for you nearby. If your ideal vacation includes, shelling, watching the dolphins, sunbathing and relaxing, this spot has all that. too.

When you're not at the beach, enjoy our large pool with tiki huts,
and chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Or, spend some time on the
fishing dock and picnic area with barbeque grills and picnic
tables located on the Boca Ciega Bay end of the property. Early
risers can also enjoy the sunrise over the Bay.

Our condo has one bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It
sleeps 3-4 with twin beds in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper in
the living room. 

 The kitchen is complete with full size new ceramic cook top 
stove, refrigerator and microwave and all you'll need for cooking.
Also includes coffee maker, toaster, teapot, mixer, small crock pot and lots of pans and baking utinsels. The linens are all supplied.
There are even chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels to take to
the beach.

This is a clean, newly decorated up-to-date condo as you'll see in
the pictures. Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed
and comfortable. There are water views from the condo. It is air
conditioned and has ceiling fans. There is cable tv in both the
living room and bedroom.

No pets.

We are only aboiut 30-40 minutes from Tampa airport and even closer
to St. Petersburg airport.
There is a bus trolley available for travel all along Gulf Blvd.

Bucs professional football
Several golf courses are nearby. Golf year round.
Busch Gardens, The Pier, Mosi, and art museums.
Fort DeSoto Park
Ruth Eckerd Hall and five smaller community theaters
St. Petersburg is just across the causeway with art museums, theaters, and other big city venues.
John's Pass Boardwalk

Our current deal for 2009 is:

10% off weekly rate November and December 2009.

$391 for weekly stays instead of our regular rate of $435.

Christmas week still available at no extra charge.

Monthly December 2009 is $1499.

Rates are subject to a 12% tax and a $60.00 cleaning fee per stay.

A separate damage security deposit may be required to hold each
reservation. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. We
have never had to keep a deposit.
