Relax in our beach style 1 bedroom waterfront condo steps from Sunset Beach.  Our condo is on the  
second floor. It sleeps 3-4 people. You'll love Treasure Island.  Yes, it is really an island-you  
must cross causeways to get here.  Sunset Beach is known for breathtaking sunsets, white sand  
beaches, and sparkling water on the Gulf of Mexico.  The pelicans, dolphins and boats passing by  
make the spectacular views just about perfect.  The condo has its own private beach access. 
 
When you're not at the beach, enjoy our large pool with tiki huts, and chairs for sunbathing or  
relaxing.  Or, spend some time on the fishing dock and picnic area with barbeque grills and picnic  
tables located on the Boca Ciega Bay end of the property.  Early risers can also enjoy the sunrise  
over the Bay. 
 
Our condo has one bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It sleeps 3-4 with twin beds in  
the bedroom and a queen size sleeper in the living room.  The kitchen is complete with full size  
stove, refrigerator and microwave and all you'll need for cooking.  The linens are all supplied.   
There are even chairs and beach towels to take to the beach. 
 
This is a clean, up-to-date condo as you'll see in the pictures.  Every effort has been made  
to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.  There are water views from the condo.  It is air  
conditioned and has ceiling fans.  There is cable tv in both the living room and bedroom. 
 
We are only aboiut 30-40 minutes from Tampa airport and even closer to St. Petersburg airport.  
There is a bus trolley available for travel all along Gulf Blvd. 
 
No pets. 
No smoking.

Tropicana Field, Rays professional baseball / Raymond James stadium, Bucs professional football 
Several golf courses are nearby.  Golf year round. 
In spring several baseball teams have their spring training in the area. 
Busch Gardens, The Pier, Mosi, and art museums are nearby. 
There are just too many activities and attractions to list them all.

Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax and $60.00 cleaning fee per stay. 
 
A damage security deposit is required to hold each reservation. 
This will be due on confirming reservation.  This will be returned within 2 weeks of  
your stay.  We have never had to keep a deposit.

more than one unit.
