Our condo is on the second floor. You'll love Treasure
Island. Yes, it is really an island-
you must cross causeways to get here. Sunset Beach is known for
breathtaking sunsets, white sand beaches, and sparkling water on the
Gulf of Mexico.
We have fabulous views of the intercoastal
The pelicans,dolphins and boats passing by make the spectacular views
just about perfect. The condo has its own private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Fun is the password at this charming Florida style condo. There is so much to do.
If your idea of a great vacation is to keep busy partying, shopping, parasailing, visiting museums and being on the go, there is something for you nearby. If your ideal vacation includes, shelling, watching the dolphins, sunbathing and relaxing, this spot has all that. too.
When you're not at the beach, enjoy our large pool with tiki huts,
and chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Or, spend some time on the
fishing dock and picnic area with barbeque grills and picnic
tables located on the Boca Ciega Bay end of the property. Early
risers can also enjoy the sunrise over the Bay.
Our condo has one bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. It
sleeps 3-4 with twin beds in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper in
the living room. Condo association rules limit the number of people to four.
The kitchen is complete with full size ceramic cook top
stove, refrigerator and microwave and all you'll need for cooking.
Also includes coffee maker, toaster, teapot, mixer, and lots of pans and baking utinsels. The linens are all supplied.
There are even chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels to take to
the beach.
This is a clean, newly decorated up-to-date condo as you'll see in
the pictures. Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed
and comfortable. There are water views from the condo. It is air
conditioned and has ceiling fans. There is cable tv in both the
living room and bedroom.
No pets.

to St. Petersburg airport.
There is a bus trolley available for travel all along Gulf Blvd.

April 2012 weekly special $575 week.
June-October weekly rental early booking rate $75.00 off for a rate of $425.
3 month 2013 January, February, March $1800. a month
Major credit cards accepted.
Taking monthly reservations for mid June -October 2012 $1500.00
Rates are subject to a 12% tax and a $60.00 cleaning fee per stay
A separate damage security deposit may be required to hold each
reservation. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. We
have never had to keep a deposit.
