Vacation Rental Rates

Available for rent year round. Rates are as follow:  
High Season (September - March) $1300 per month; $595 per week; $100 per day. 
 
Low Season (May - August) $1200 per month; $495 per week; $100 per day.  
 
We require an initial deposit which can be paid through checks (must be cleared before the arriving  
date), cashier's checks, or money order. For the remaining rental balance, we accept cash, cashier's  
checks, money order, or credit card only through the use of PayPal (requires an additional  
charge of 3%) 
 
We also have 2 other units in the same building located on the 4th floor (ocean view) and 16th floor  
(intercoastal/city view)
