extremly close to it, but yet nestled in a quiet & naturally 
beautiful locale.  

Vacation Rental Rates

                  * November-thru-April are rented to returning 
                    seasonal renters and are not available this 
                    year or next.  Rent is from $2500, $1800, & 
                    $1300 during those months.

                  * Special Rate Available for a 6 month and one 
                    day rental for May-thru-October. All 6 months 
                    for $1200/mo. and all expenses are included.  
                    No sales tax or tourist tax required.

                  * 3 Month Special May-thru-July or August-thru- 
                    September are available at $1250 a month. 
                       
                  * Three month minimum rental required by community.

                  * Regular Rate for May-thru-October is $1450 per
                    month.

$100 Application fee.  Electric, Cable and Hi-Speed Internet are 
included in the above price.  There is a 11% sales tax (6% state & 
5% tourist)on all rentals 6 months or less.

A Security deposit of $1000 plus first and last month's rent due 30 
days prior to stay (Security deposit used to hold future 
reservations when booking way in advance).
