Long term rental (12 month rental) is $1250 per month.

January thru March is $2500 per month.

Three month minimum rental required by community.

Boat dockage rental is an additional $3 per foot per month if desired.  Launch your kayak or paddle board from our dock for free and storage is free too.

$100 Application fee.  Electric, Cable, and Hi-Speed Internet are included in the above short term rental price.  Sales tax 6% State & 5% County.  No sales tax for rentals greater than 6 months, fulltime students or active military members (per state & county laws).  Security deposit is $1000.  A reduced deposit can be arranged.  First month, last month and deposit required.
