available from Pennecamp Park and many other dive centers, all located
near by. John Pennecamp Park has a beach area, glass-bottom boat
tour, snorkeling, boat rentals, camping and much more. Great
restaurants, bars and you own rooftop observation deck with gorgeous
sunset views! Fishing in the bay or on the ocean is a breeze! Go out
on your own boat,charter a boat, or take a party boat. Swim with the Dolphins!

Our normal low rates are $1950.00 to $2500.00 per month depending upon length of rental, number of people, and time of year.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not set up to do short term nightly rentals.  The minimum rental period rate is based on 7 nights.

Refundable $300.00 security deposit and non-refundable $75.00 cleaning fee.
