This special fully furnished second story South Mission Beach bayside studio offers relaxed casual
beach living. This studio sleeps two adults (Queen Bed) and two children (Sleeper Sofa), Two Beach
cruisers, Two Kayaks, Two Boogie Boards and Two Beach chairs are provided. Just steps to the bay
and a block to the beach, spend your days lounging in the sand, bicycling around the bay or boogie
boarding in the surf. Off street private parking is provided as well as a private balcony with gas
grill.
PLEASE NOTE, DURING HIGH SEASON WE RENT IN MINIMUM WEEKLY TIME FRAMES (SATURDAY-SATURDAY).

This place was AMAZING! Just steps from the stunning bay and just a few more steps to the really nice beach!

The studio's decor was brilliant! Very modern! And it had everything in there that you would need!
The owners were so kind and were there if you needed anything!

No keys needed as it was all door codes! Very handy!
The shower is superb!

Plus you have full use of kayaks and boogie boards!! They were brilliant! And you even have a fully gas operated BBQ!!

It's a 2min walk to some local shops!
It was handy to have your own parking space too!

We didn't want to leave!! But we will definately go back!! Worth every single penny!

Thanks for an amazing time!

Recommended for: families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

The "castle" house

This was our 2nd summer renting this unit. Our friends call this the "Castle House". We love the house, the location, and the amenities. The owners are very responsive to your needs while in the house, but never bother you while you are there.

Great parking spot for a small SUV. Love the fact that all the locks are same combination - no keys to lose or keep track of.

Kayaks are great - easy to get to the bay.

Thanks for another great beach vacation!

Recommended for: sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
