This retreat is 7,000 sq feet. These two sites may be used together for larger groups if needed.

It is perfect for your family reunion, a special birthday/anniversary celebration, private/company parties, church groups, hunting parties, snowmobile clubs,
graduation/homecoming and the holidays.

This beautiful custom retreat has 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Licensed for 62 guests, with children 3 and under exempt from total count. All custom interior and furnishings similar to the Inn.  It is located right on Bear Lake Blvd.  Easy year-round access.  It is exactly 1.1 miles from the heart of Garden City where all of the shops and restaurants are.  There is a rental facility for all of your snow/watercraft just a half block away.  Three public beach accesses nearby.

This beautiful custom retreat has 9 spacious bedrooms. Large master
suite on upper level with sitting area and fireplace, his/her vanities, large deep garden tub with walk-in shower. Plasma TV & DVD player. Private balcony that is overlooking Bear Lake. The balcony is heated in the Winter.
There are 3 other bedrooms, game room and 2 of the bathrooms on this
upper floor.
On the main level you have one bedroom, study/bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom with shower, family room, large formal dining, large kitchen and breakfast table, full laundry facilities.
Balcony off of the breakfast nook area that overlooks Bear Lake, with a BBQ grill and chairs, also heated in the Winter.
The lower level consists of 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom with double vanities, family room with second complete kitchen, entertainment area, and indoor hot tub. Large outdoor patio off of the hot tub room.
All bedrooms have a fireplace, plasma TV & DVD player. All linens and towels are top quality and we have plenty. For the smaller kids we have portable cribs, high chairs and booster seats.
The kitchen comes with everything you will need for your entertaining.  We provide all of your paper products and staples at no extra cost.
Some extras that are available,  air hockey, video games, movies, board games. Internet access, fax and mail service. We do offer specialty add-ons, such as spa indulgence packages for both the men and ladies. Personal chef services, as well as all-inclusive if you really wish to enjoy the vacation with "no cooking". Specialty cakes, and flowers.

"Raspberry Days is a huge local festival for all to enjoy. For 2012 the dates are August 2, 3, and 4.   It is a 3 day celebration of the harvesting of our local raspberries. There will be a parade, fair, everything you can think of made from Raspberries! It is a lot of fun!

Our local eating establishments have hot food made to order for you
to enjoy. Try their "Famous Raspberry Shakes". Most are now open year round.

Year-round rates: Mon-Thurs $1800/nt Fri-Sun $1980/nt
Holiday rates: $2280/nt for entire use of retreat.
Holidays: Memorial Weekend and Memorial Day, July 4 & 24 Raspberry Days-Aug 2, 3, 4 2012, Labor Day weekend and Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve thru New Years Day.
Day.
An 11% tax is added to your stay.  It consists of, 6.5% Utah tax  3% bed/motel tax and 1.5% resort tax.  This is charged to everyone who stays in Bear Lake.
A $1800. deposit is due when signing lease agreement. A $500.
refundable security deposit is also due at this time. Your dates will then be booked.
Balance is then due 60 days prior to arrival.

This is a non-smoking and NO pets allowed establishment. Absolutely
no exceptions.  Fines will be enforced.
