nestled among 3.5 quiet acres, our cottage also has views of Lake 
Chatuge – known as the Lake Tahoe  
of the East.  
 
The real appeal of Bella Vista is the peace you’ll experience just 
absorbing the view from the  
comfort of the luxurious cottage.  
 
Enjoy a mountain rain shower under the covered porch, a breezy 
afternoon on the open deck, or take a  
short drive to Brasstown, the highest peak in Georgia - where you can 
take in breathtaking views of  
four states.  
 
Whether your tastes call for genuine North Carolina bar-b-que at Smoke 
Rings or a high-end dining  
experience at Enrico's or Daniel’s Steakhouse, there are plenty of 
dining options nearby. If you prefer dining in, you’ll enjoy creating 
a gourmet meal in this beautiful and fully-equipped kitchen.

in the mountains. Our upscale cottage offers 2 large bedrooms (and 
additional full sized futon in the  
great room), an unsurpassed designer kitchen, granite breakfast bar, 2 
full bathrooms with natural stone details, a CD stereo with iPod dock, 
a high definition television with satellite dish and DVD player, and a 
fireplace for those cozy nights.

Activities and Attractions

With a 128 miles of shoreline, Lake Chatuge is ideal for swimming, 
boating, camping and fishing. The  
cottage is located less than 5 minutes from two marinas on the shores 
of Lake Chatuge. Nearby  
Jackrabbit Campground offers 100 camp sites, public boat launch, 
picnic areas and a beach swimming  
area.  
 
For the land lover, there are several local wineries, antique stores, 
horseback riding, plenty of  
hiking trails, restaurants, shops of all kinds, and two 18-hole golf 
courses very nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

$825 per week. $165 per night. 2 night minimum. 
SPECIAL: Reserve 3 nights, get the 4th night free! 
There is a one-time $99 cleaning fee.
