Built in 1909, the house represents a transitional style between Victorian and Craftsmen. The house underwent a meticulous, period-sensitive restoration from 2002 through 2007. Charm abounds with artist-mixed colors, real plaster walls, original woodwork and unusual features.

Large kitchen featured in (Portland's famous period lighting store) Rejuvenation 2007 & 2008 Catalogs. Also featured on (local architectural heritage society) Bosco-Milligan's Historic Kitchen Tour, 2005.

House is located on through street so the setting can sometimes be
a bit noisy though traffic drops off at night.

3 Bedrooms, 3 full baths, all new systems (furnace, plumbing and
electrical), original woodwork intact, period features & fixtures, two porches
level porches plus new large outdoor deck in traditional "porch" style, and two 2nd floor balconies, leaded windows, etc. Territorial views, and elaborate landscaping.

Close to Hawthorne and Division restaurants and shopping areas, Easy 8
minute drive to city center. On bike routes, etc.

Outdoors:
Close-by is Mount Tabor Park which includes Portland's own dormant volcano and historic reservoir site with walking and biking trails, summer concerts, tennis, playgrounds, etc.

High Season (May 16 - October 15, 2008):
1-6 people $200/night, $1300/week
4 night minimum, shorter stays may be possible, please inquire. Can
sleep up to 9 by special arrangement.

Value Season (October 16, 2008 through May 15, 2009, except holidays
which have High Season rates):
$180/night, $1150/week

3 night minimum, shorter stays may be possible, please inquire.
Reservation & refundable security deposit required.

Cleaning and linen fee of $150 (for stays of up to 10 days).
