Vacation Rental Description

The Best Location on Flamingos Beach. With its lushly landscaped grounds featuring a freeform  
swimming pool, dancing fountains and whirlpool spas, this tranquil, upscale property is a favorite  
with adults and families. Earth tone colored buildings form a U-shape down a gentle slope to the  
beach looking out to the Bay of Banderas. The lobby is designed with comfort and privacy in mind with  
its conciergestyle check-in. 
 
Our two-bedroom condo is stylishly decorated with a king sized master suite, two queen sized beds in  
the second bedroom, a fold out couch that sleeps two, marble floors, granite countertops, whirlpool  
tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet and spacious balcony with wet bar. Wroughtiron gates open to  
Hacienda-style entryways where individual doors lead into each side of the condo. Our condo features  
a complete kitchen with three stool breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, fourburner stovetop with  
oven, microwave, toaster,blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dishes, cookware and  
utensils. Other amenities include individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, LCD  
televisions with satellite movie service, direct dial telephone with voicemail, highspeed Internet  
access, electronic safe, hair dryer, iron with board, clock radio, laundry room with full-size washer  
and dryer, daily maid service (at additional charge), turndown service (on request at additional  
charge) and invilla dining (at additional charge).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bordered by sundecks with umbrellas and loungers, a two-level freeform pool is enhanced with  
beautiful waterfalls, garden islets and a swim-up bar. Relax in one of the three 12-person tubs that  
overlook the beach from the lawn. Beachside water sports concession, the adjacent 18-hole Flamingos  
Golf Course, and Vista Vallarta and Marina Vallarta golf courses in Puerto Vallarta are within  
minutes. 
 
The on-property Tatewari Spa is rich in traditions and culture of the Mexican Indians and is a unique  
healing sanctuary for body, mind and spirit. The 17,000 sq. ft. European-Mexican styled facility is  
highlighted with its ancient Tatewari water ritual performed in generous hydrotherapy centers for men  
and women. Guests are also pampered with massages, facials, hydrotherapies, body scrubs and wraps.  
 
A private state of the art exercise facility and on site grocery store with deli and internet cafe  
are also available for your use.   
 
Our guests can send and receive faxes, check e-mail, make copies and write documents. All guests may  
have internet connections and the entire property provides wireless connectivity. You’ll have  
everything you need to conduct business and stay in touch be it in the spa, on the beach or around  
the pool.  
 
Our complex has a private physician with private care facilities on the premises should you ever need  
medical attention.  
 
Twenty-four hour security with trained staff and CCTV is provided for the entire property and the  
surrounding beach grounds.  
 
On-site dining options include casual to gourmet cuisine and cocktails by the ocean are made complete  
by piano music to entertain you.

private lighted championship tennis court is available to guests of every skill level to enjoy an  
invigorating game day or night.

Vacation Rental Rates

October - April = $280 U.S. Dlls. per night with 4 night minimum 
May - Sept = $235 U.S. Dlls. per night with 4 night minimum 
Holiday Weeks = $2600 U.S. Dlls. per week. 
 
Terms: 
40% at time of booking remainder 30 days before arrival.  
Cancellation of more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 15% service  
charge. If you cancelless than 30 days prior to arrival, I will try to  
rent it for the booked period. If successful you will be refunded  
minus 15% service charge.
