Enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe in this quiet, tree-surrounded 1800 sq. ft. private townhome located in
the heart of Incline Village, Nevada. Our place is well situated two blocks off Lakeshore Drive and
convenient to the beaches, shops, restaurants, and the Hyatt. Grocery store/shopping center is right
around the corner and everything is within walking distance.

Pets are not permitted. Our unit is non-smoking at all times. Smoking on the porch or patio is
permitted, but use an ashtray – no butts on the ground, please. Our hawks, jays, ground squirrels
and chickarees will thank you!

Enjoy yourself at the Lake of the Sky!
Take the free shuttle to Diamond Peak Ski Resort to ski, sled, snowboard or just enjoy spectacular
views of the mountains and Lake Tahoe. Or take a short drive to the State Line area and visit the
historic Cal-Neva or any of the other casinos. There are lots of state parks, ski resorts, and golf
courses within a few miles, and a wonderful bike trail that circles the lake.
Incline Village is home to two 18-hole Golf Courses. (1) Incline Village Championship Golf Course,
and (2) Incline Village Mountain Course.
Avoid the crowds - our beach and boat dock access pass is for Incline Village property owners and
their guests only. Our beaches have picnic tables, grassy areas and a playground.
This pass also grants entry into the Incline Village Recreation Center - Lake Tahoe's finest fitness
and recreation center, which has a lap pool, gym, basketball court, tennis courts, soccer fields,
picnic tables and an outdoor play yard/jungle gym for the kids, as well as massage therapy.

Incline Village is located 30 minutes from Reno and 2 hours from Sacramento.

$150/night or $900/week . . . Summer (6/15 - 9/15)
$160/night or $990/week . . . Winter (12/01 - 4/15)
$125/night or $850/week . . . Fall (9/16 - 11/30) & Spring (4/16 - 6/14)
Plus $130 cleaning service fee
Plus $100 security deposit
Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal accepted
Holidays and Special Events can be subject to higher rates.

Usually we require at least a two-night minimum, but if you have a special request, please ask.

Check in time: 4 p.m.
Departure time: 11 a.m.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your planned arrival date, we will refund you the
cleaning fee and security deposit; if it is 15 days prior, we will refund your cleaning fee only.
