The other 2 bedrooms have king size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and entertaining needs. There is a roomy and comfortable dining room and living area. The house is located on a private cul-de-sac, 10 minutes bicycle or drive to Hollywood Broadwalk and Beach, named one of the ten best beaches in the country. Historic Downtown has nice restaurants and shops and is a 10 minute drive. The house is one  block from the intercoastal waterway. Beautiful scenic walking and biking surrounded by prestigious Hollywood Lakes area. Great Golfing and close to 3 Casinos! Hollywood Beach Florida has so much to offer. Truly a vacation hot spot.

All rooms have flat screen TV's. 2 bedrooms have private connecting bathrooms. There are two bathrooms with showers and one with a shower and a jacizzi tub. All the bathrooms are finished with limestone, granite and all new everything. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities and fully stocked. Pool patio area is perfect for entertaining and sits across from a Nature Preserve right on the water. Bird watching haven.

Hollywood Beach & Broadwalk, the crown jewel of the community, features an impressive 27-foot wide path along the white sandy shores of the renowned Gold Coast. Hollywood boasts five miles of protected beach along the translucent waters of the Atlantic Ocean and it is a recreational magnet and residential haven. The world-famous Broadwalk is Florida's only developed oceanfront walkway where cars do not come between the path and the beach. It provides beach-goers with a place to stroll, bicycle or skate and take in the beautiful setting of its most precious natural resource, the beach. Hollywood Beach was recently voted one of the '10 Best Beaches' and with it's newly renovated boardwalk and palm trees in the sand it's more beautiful than ever. There is an outdoor band shelter on the beach so you can dance under the stars 3-4 nights a week. Cafes and restaurants provide the perfect spot for people watching.
