Vacation Rental Description

New December 2006 luxury home on Hernando Oaks golf course. This home is located outside of Spring  
Hill, in Brooksville, FL.  Former model home located in gated community, overlooking the 2nd tee of  
Hernando Oaks golf course. Golf is available for renters.  
 
Spacious open floor plan with over 2500 sq ft of living space and all new furnishings.  
The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful great room with french doors opening to a large  
screened lanai with pool and hot tub, sitting room, formal dinning room, laundry room with washer,  
dryer, iron and ironing board. Large fully equipped kitchen with seperate dinette area. There is a 3  
car attached garage with opener. 
 
The screened in pool deck overlooks the golf course and has patio table and chairs, and outdoor  
grill.  The heated pool has a spa/hot tub with built in water fall. 
 
The master bedroom suite is located on one side of the house with seperate door opening to the pool  
deck, with guest bedrooms and baths located on the opposite side of the house.  The 3rd bath also  
has seperate door opening to the pool area. 
 
No smoking or pets are permitted.
