Home is located outside of Spring Hill. Loated in gated community.
Spacious open floor plan with over 2500 sq ft of living space and all new furnishings.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, beautiful great room with french doors opening to a large screened lanai with pool and hot tub, sitting room, formal dining room, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Large fully equipped kitchen with seperate dinette area. There is a 3 car attached garage with opener.
The screened in pool deck overlooks the golf course and has patio table and chairs, and outdoor grill.
The heated pool has a spa/hot tub with built in waterfall. Hot tub is connected to the pool.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, is located on one side of the house with seperate door opening to the pool deck. Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the opposite side of the house.
The master bedroom has a king bed, two other bedrooms each with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has a twin day bed with a pull out twin trundle bed. The 3rd bath is located by the fourth bedroom and has a seperate door opening to the pool area.
