You'll love the open living area that encompasses the entire first 
floor of the house – space to spread out, and to be together. A 14-
foot ceiling of cypress overlooks the airy main level great room, 
which is anchored on one end by a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. 
The living area is complete with a fireplace, cable TV and VCR, a 
stereo system wired for excellent sound, and a most comfortable 
living area. Four sets of tall French doors all open onto the loggia 
and patio, contributing to the spacious feeling of the entire house. 

With four bedrooms upstairs {as well as a daybed/trundle bed that 
sleeps 2 in the upstairs hall for additional sleeping}, including 
two master suites with queen size beds and baths, it is a place for 
two families with children, or a group of friends who want to spend 
some time together. There are also 2 middle bedrooms upstairs in 
between the master suites- one with a full size bed, the other with 
bunk beds- that share a central hall bath. All bedrooms open onto 
the huge balcony through French doors.

Designed by the same town planners who created Seaside 20 years ago, 
Rosemary Beach is set high upon the dunes overlooking the pristine 
white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a close-
knit community, accessible to pedestrians. Walk anywhere in the town 
- the Town Center, neighborhood pools, tennis courts, or the beach - 
in five minutes or less. The soft colors of nature, wandering 
boardwalks, expansive green common areas and native wildflowers, 
including blooming rosemary, all combine to make Rosemary Beach a 
very unique destination.

Rosemary Beach also has a bank {Amsouth} with teller machines; a spa 
{Solace Day Spa} that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa 
treatments, including massage therapy, luxurious facials, nails 
services, and refreshing body treatments, all in a unique tropical 
setting with trained professionals; and a state of the art, brand 
new, fitness center- the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center{ a nominal 
fee 
for guests, $15/day, $70/week} with top of the line resistance and 
cardiovascular training equipment with degreed and certified

pilates, cardio circuit, taichi, water aerobics, group fitness 
events, wellness, nutrition, one on one training and more!!
