Yes, these top two pictures were taken right from the balcony! Maybe spend a romantic evening sitting on one of the many benchs on the boat dock, watching the awesome sunset. Perhaps you need some Rest and Relaxation,this can be found by the heated or cooled pool overlooking the turquoise bay; fish from the dock, snorkel or swim in the protected cove, work on that tan at our private beach. Enjoy the clear, turquoise waters, breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets from your own balcony! Our newly remodeled 1br condo offers all the amenities of home: a fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, refrigerator, ice-maker and dishwasher. Fresh, clean bathroom with all linens provided. The bathroom has just been completely updated, and has a Jacuzzi bathtub. The unit is immaculately clean. Please, No Smoking and No Pets. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a full size queen bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa/bed in the living area, both are very comfortable.

All Linens and towels are included, Lighted & gated Parking, Private Balcony, Heated Olympic sized Swimming Pool, Kiddie pool, Kids Playground, Private Beach, Exercise room, Billard and game room, Sauna, Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer on premises, Jacuzzi bathtub, Full Kitchen with Dish Washer and Microwave, DVD player, Cable, Air Conditioning, 2nd TV in Bedroom and we have our own free Wi-Fi Internet. There is no land line telephone in this unit.  If you do not have a cell phone, arrangements can be made to provide a telephone during your stay.  Fee-free Marina is available for monthly rentals, December through April only.

For those of you just looking to get away and relax, this can be done at our condo and there is plenty to do there. Enjoy a romantic evening on the beach. If your looking to get out, there is Golf, Wind Surfing, Water Skiing, Jet Ski, Swimming, State Parks, World Class Dining, Snorkeling, Fishing and Charters, Scuba, Boating, Shopping, Wildlife Viewing, all within minutes. The large, tropical bay front condo complex is beautifully landscaped and if you need a panoramic view of the Gulf, this can be viewed from our roof top overlook that let's you take in the entire bay. Snorkel, lobster (in season), sail, fish, and swim in our protected cove. Located in the Heart of Islamorada, you will have easy access to Islamorada Founders Park which has a sandy beach, boat ramp, sports facilities, skate park, and more.  Additionally world-class fishing and diving, excellent restaurants/night life and plenty of "fun in the sun" activities are just minutes away. You don't have to go anywhere else to have a good time.

We offer weekly and monthly rentals only.  If you are looking for a 2-4 night stay I may suggest an area hotel.
