Our newly remodeled 1br condo offers all the amenities of home: a fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, refrigerator, ice-maker and dishwasher. Fresh, clean bathroom with all linens provided. The bathroom has just been completely updated, and has a Jacuzzi bathtub. The unit is immaculately clean. Please, No Smoking and No Pets. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children. There is a full size queen bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa/bed in the living area, both are very comfortable.

All Linens and towels are included, Lighted Parking, Private Balcony, Heated Swimming Pool, Kiddie pool, Kids Playground, Private Beach, Exercise room, Billard and game room, Sauna, Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer on premises, Jacuzzi bathtub, Full Kitchen with Dish Washer and Microwave, VCR/DVD, Cable, Air Conditioning, 2nd TV in Bedroom and Wi-Fi Internet. The large, tropical bay front condo complex is beautifully landscaped and if you need a panoramic view of the Gulf, this can be viewed from our roof top overlook.
