Beautiful, private one bed condo with views of the gulf in Seventh Heaven, a cottage just steps from
the beach. This unit is in a fabulous location, ideally situated close to the beach, restuarants,
shops and city pier, yet also enjoys the privacy and amenties of a communual 'Florida Cottage
Garden', with and BBQ and patio furniture for tenants use.
The home was completely renovated for summer 2008 and offers beach charm and luxury. The furnishings
are of a high quality, including flat screen TV with Satalite, wireless internet and much more.
The bedroom provides a queen bed and built in closets. The bathroom has
a shower cubicle and a hair dryer is provided for your convenience. There is a good size eat-in
kitchen which has all new stainless steel appliances. There is additionaly a lounge.
The apartment is decorated in a bright and cheery manner to enhance its beach setting, with ceramic
tiles throught to ensure a clean appearance.
The cottage is ideally situated within waling distance to local amenities and activities, just bring
your flip flops and live the tropical island lifestyle....
