Vacation Rental Description

Newly remodeled 2 story, 3 bedroom condominium with balcony, overlooking the scenic (no-wake)  
entrance to Pentwater Lake from Lake Michigan. From this balcony there is second stairway access to  
the condo's private boat slip and seating area on the Village of Pentwater Lake side. The entrance  
stairway is conveniently accessed off the reserved parking area. This private parking area contains  
ample rubbish containers and has a fish cleaning station provided for your use. 
   The condo is located one block from the Village of Pentwater's Main Street where there is plenty  
of shopping, and dining.  The Lake Michigan's famous sandy beach and many other activites lie just a  
short walking distance away from the condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The 26 unit Spinnaker Condominium complex has always been proud of its appearance and maintenance  
record. Our unit is on the upper two floors of the building.  
   The main floor consist of the entrance hallway, leading to the open living/dining/kitchen area  
convenient to the covered balcony porch looking onto beautiful Pentwater Lake where you will enjoy a  
panoramic view of Pentwater Lake, starting with the Lake Michigan entrance/exit channel,proceeding  
to the west shore line,and stretching to the boat marina. All summer a parade of boats is always in  
view.  
Also located on this level is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and full shower/bath with a  
granite vanity. In the kitchen area there are granite topped counters,an eating counter,  
electric range/microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher. You will find ample cooking and  
serving dishes. In the living area there is Cable TV,a CD/DVD player, and Internet access. The  
dining table expands to seat 6 
   A spiral stairway leads to the upper level. The lakeside (windowed) bedroom has twin beds,which  
can be converted into a king sized bed upon request. The other (windowed) bedroom on this floor  
have twin beds. The bathroom has a large vanity shower. There is a separate utility room equiped  
with a washer and dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided. Bring beach towels. 
   The condo unit is also equipped with central air conditioning.

Activities and Attractions

You will find the Spinnaker Condominiums are located in an ideal location for everyones vacation  
needs.  The Village of Pentwater has a summer agenda filled with events from holiday parades,weekly  
band concerts, sailing races, craft and wooden boat shows and numerous activities.  Enough to  
certainly bring you back for a return visit to Pentwater, Michigan.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly only, Check-in Saturday,4PM. Check-out Saturday,11AM. Summer regular weekly rate are  
$1200. Boat slip- $100. Starting Sept 13th-March 1st weekly rates of $900 apply. Special  
winter rates and multi weekly rates are available on request. $550 non-refundable fee is due at the  
reservation time. The balance will be paid at the time of occupancy.  There is also a $300 property- 
care fee to be paid prior to occupancy which will be refundable on the week following departure.  
   Absolutely no pets on site, and no smoking in the unit. All condo rules will be respected.
