bathrooms. Large wooden deck and infinity pool, exotic garden and barbecue. Fully equiped kitchen,
large living room with hifi, TV and DVD player, and free wi fi internet access. Sliding doors
and windows opening on the terrace. Auxiliary generator and washing machine available. Watchman
24/24 and home alarm. The villa is only at 40 mn drive
distance from the international El-Catey-Samana airport, 5 mn drive distance from the beach and 10
mn from Las Terrenas (all commodities). 
The rent includes daily services of a maid (morning cleaning and laundry), of the resident property keeper (including maintenance of the garden), and the cleaning of the pool.
