balcony. Unit L-236 is a second floor condo; has elevator.
HDTV with DVR and DVD that are HDMI capable for your PS3,
Xbox, or PC.  Laundry facilites just down the hall. Game room.
No pets please.

The Place At The Beach (APATB) is an exclusive, gated, complex with
private security personnel on
duty at all times. Complex offers a heated indoor pool, a near
olympic sized outdoor swimming pool
(see photos) with water slide, charcoal grilling facilities,
boardwalk to the beach with shower
facilities, park like grassy field for frisbee and play. Childrens
play area. Basketball and
tennis courts. Entire complex offers free WiFi high speed internet
connection. Private movie
showings on Thursdays. Numerous youth activities
plus optional day camp. Small
convenience shop on premise.
Located in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, APATB is easy to get to.
By car just take Hwy 70 east
from I-95. The New Bern airport (EWN) is only 32 miles away.

A Place At The Beach is located a mile from Fort Macon State Park, an
important Civil War fort that
was captured by Union forces in April, 1862. The beaches it once
guarded are now available for your
sea shell hunting, swimming, and fishing. It's a fun outting to
amble up the beach from the condo
to the Fort hunting for shells and whatever the ocean waves brought a
shore after the last tide.

For the last five years we have not increased our rental rates.  We will not change them this year either.  However, we do have to increase our cleaning fee to cover our costs to $100.  We make nothing on the cleaning fee.  It is passed 100% to the cleaning contractor.

Prime Season - June 1 to August 24, 2013 $950 per week
Best Season - May 4 to June 1 and August 24 to September 21 $750
per week

Off Season - January 1 to May 4, 2013 rate is $500 a week.
                     September 21, 2013 to December 31, 2013 $500 a week.

Monthly off season rentals available (November, December, January and February for $750 a month.

All arrivals must be on the Saturday your rental period starts between the hours of 2 PM and 4 PM. 

$100 cleaning service is manditory.  Credit card or other payments can be made through PayPal .
