ocean pour into the villa. This property is perfect for a romantic 
couples getaway or a family vacation for groups of up to 8 people.

This newly finished villa is the ONLY 3 bedroom villa located on the 
oceanfront with a spectacular panoramic view. There are three 
generous bedrooms: the master bedroom is oceanfront with a pillow 
top king and private bathroom; the second bedroom has a pillow top 
queen;  the third bedroom has an ocean view with two twin beds.

This townhome also has a large 900 private sqft deck with fire pit 
equipped with a large patio table and chairs, Weber, and  6 lounge 
chairs.  Indoor gas fireplace,  ceiling fans and new central forced-
air heating.  Complete home theater system in living room, TV's/VCR 
in bedrooms.
The kitchen has Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker with 
RO, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Cooking Utensils, Linens, 
Washer, Dryer.  

The resort has a Hot Tub (shared),excercise room, wireless internet 
in recreational room, Pool (shared), On-site Tennis Court, Pool 
Table in Clubhouse by Pool.

Walk over to the famous and historic Calafia Hotel & Spa   and for a 
massage or enjoy the Galleries. At night enjoy the Restaurant & 
Nightclub for an evening of Latin dancing, cocktails and fine dining 
(all within walking distance) or head 5 minutes by taxi to Downtown 
Rosarito where your choices are endless.

All other times - 
Thurs & Sunday Night               $225 - Minimum 3 night stay* ** 
Monday thru Wednesday Night        $175 - Minimum 2 night stay* 

  *  Weeks stay gets 1 free day - stay for 7, pay for 6!!
 **  Last minute Special - If the villa is still available two   
weeks or less in advance of date then 2 days is OK
