The Vills at Cedar Cove are brand new townhouses with an open floor plan. The unit is fully
furnished and is fully handicapped accessible with ground-level front door entrance. Master Suite
(queen) is on the main level with a private bath. Upstairs are two additonal bedrooms (one twin,
one double) and a mini loft with a futon, with a shared bath.
Your family will be comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large great room and
powder room. There is a private garage and driveway to accommoate your vehicles plus additional off-
street parking nearby. You can also enjoy the pool and pool house located 2-doors away. The
community is in walking distance to a shopping center, markets, banks, liquor store, medical
facilities, antique shops, numerous restaurans, and much more!
The location of the townhouse places you in close proximity of the beaches, shopping, entertainment,
and resturants of nearby Rehobeth, Dewey, and Fenwich beaches in Delaware and well as Ocean City,
Maryland.
