water for beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Also one block to the Pinellas bike trail.  
 
Minutes to beaches and Knology Park (the Blue Jays’  
spring training facility).

Activities and Attractions

Two blocks to Downtown Dunedin with quaint shops and great restaurants. 
 
Honey Moon Island is just minutes by car or a mile on the Pinellas  
Trail.  The island is a main attraction.  Hunt for shells, take a  
ride on the ferry to Caladesi Island.  Rent a sailboat, kayak or ski  
doo. Or just enjoy Florida's white sandy beaches and the  
magnificent sunsets. Voted one of Americas best beachs. 
 
The Pinellas Trail is ONE block away. A 47-mile trail running   
the entire length of Pinellas County. Walk, bike,roller blade or jog to Honey Moon Island. Also near  
by is The Hammock Park. A 75 acre nature preserve.  
  
Just minutes from Clearwater beach. The sponge docks of Tarpon Springs. 30 minutes from Tampa  
International Airport, downtown St Pete and Busch Gardens.  Orlando is an easy two  
hour drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

$350.00 per week / $1300.00 per month 
+ 11% tax (7% Sales Tax + 4% Tourist Tax) 
$50.00 cleaning fee.$300 security deposit.Refunded within 5 days of departure as long as there 
are no damages.
