linens, central air, gas grill, a TV with DVD player. Perfect for 2, sleeps up to 4 comfortably. (One queen bed and one Broyhill sofa with a full foldout inflatable mattress.)

PETS: Pets are welcome as long as they are well-groomed and
well-behaved. There is a large lot that is part of the common area for
exercising pets. Forsyth Park and all of downtown Savannah is very dog
friendly. Tenants will be held liable if pets damage any item in this
condo by scratching, chewing, etc.
