Windy Shores on Beautiful Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a part of the
Guadalupe River known as Lake Dunlap just 2 miles outside of New
Braunfels, Texas off of Highway 46. This home is on 2 acres of
waterfront property.
Bring the family for a vacation you'll never forget on this quiet
retreat located in beautiful New Braunfels Texas. New Braunfels is
home of the Guadalupe River and the most popular waterpark in the
United States, Schlitterbahn. Also close are the outlet malls in
San Marcos where you can spend days shopping the over 200 stores.
Also about 1 hour away is Sea World in San Antonio as well as Fiesta
Texas and the San Antonio River Walk.

 
We supply everything you'll need. This guest house has a fully
equipped kitchen, linens, pillows and outdoor grill.
What you'll need to bring: Food & clothing - the rest is provided.

This property has 2 acres of treed waterfront where you can fish or
just sit by the water and enjoy the view. There is also a boat dock.

Bluebonnet Room - 1 King Size Bed; 1 Roll-Away Bed, TV & private
bathroom and walk-in closet.
Yellow Rose Room - 1 Queen Size Tempur-Pedic Mattress; 1 twin bed; 1 Roll-Away
Bed, TV with DVD & VHS Player; Jack & Jill bathroom with shower,
bathtub and walk-in closet.
The Gruene Room - 1 twin, 1 trundle bed and a Roll-away - also shares the
Jack & Jill bathroom.
There's a large living area with 2 sofas, TV with DVD & VHS player,
and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances - stove,
microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, and disposal. There's also an
extra refrigerator in the garage.
Washer & Dryer also provided.
High Speed Broadband Internet is available.
The back of the home faces the water with a great screened in porch
where you can sit and enjoy the view.
No Smoking is allowed inside the home.
Pets are not allowed.

Located 2 miles east of New Braunfels, Texas on Highway 46 minutes
from Schlitterbahn, downtown historic New Braunfels, local
restaurants, antique stores and the historic town of Gruene.
The property has plenty of room for the kids to bring their bikes
and ride in the safe surroundings away from traffic.
There are several places to golf in the area including La Cantera,
Landa Park Golf Course, & The Bandit.
Lots of shopping is just minutes away at the Outlet Mall in San
Marcos.

Peak Season (May 1 - Oct 1) - Holiday Weekend $600 per night (3
night minimum); Weekend $500 per night (2 night minimum); Week Night
$450 per night. Weekly rates upon request
Non-Peak Season - Weekend $350 per night; Week Night $300 per night.
These rates are based on 12 guests. Additional guests will be
accepted only with prior approval of manager and will be charged an
additional $25 per night per guest.

We have great rates for winter snow birds staying a month or longer. 

Security Deposit - $500

Cleaning Fee - $150

The person renting this house must be at least 25 years old and be
an occupant of the house during the rental period.
Windy Shores caters to families and businesses looking for a nice
quiet place to relax for a few days. WE HAVE NO TOLERANCE FOR LARGE
PARTIES OR LOUD BEHAVIOR. No more than 12 guests are allowed at a
time; foul language will not be tolerated; no music or noise after
10:00 p.m. Your deposit will be forfeited if we have any complaints
from our neighbors or we have to call the police. Our relationship
with our neighbors is important to us and we will not tolerate
groups who interfere with their right to quiet enjoyment of their
property.
