Vacation Rental Rates

$550-$650 Week, November, December 
$800-$850 Week, Jan,February, March, April  
$400-$450 Week, May, June, July, August 
$450-$550 Week, September, October 
 
Non refundable cleaning fee is $125  
$500 refundable deposit unless there is damage  
 
Refunds: 
Refundable deposits are returned within 15 days from check-out day. 
 
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not provided after 30 days prior to  
reservation.  In the event the guest fails to take occupancy on the  
date specified or changes their decision on occupancy for whatever  
reason, the security deposit will be forfeited and retained by the  
property owner as damages for holding the rental unit off the rental  
market. All other monies will be returned. Tenant is responsible for  
all processing fees associated with credit card payments.
