         2 Hours north of Grand Rapids, MI off US 131
         Overlooks the SouthEast Side of the lake

         Please bring your own beach towels
               3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
               2 queen beds (pillowtop)
                  1 full size futton, 
                    3 twin beds.

Vacation Rental Rates

                Peak Season Rates 
   (May 15 thru Sept 15 and Dec 1 thru March 31) 
                  $800 per week or
                $125 for Weeknights 
              $175 for Weekend Nights

                 Off Peak Rates 
   (April 1 thru May 14 and Sept 16 thru Nov 31) 
                $85 for weeknights
               $100 Weekend nights

       Additional Charge for Holiday weeks
                2 night minimum stay
               
               $150 down to reserve date, 
   fully refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation, 
     Remainder due 10 days before check in, along with a 
                 $100 security deposit.
    Security deposit will be returned after inspection.
                     Cleaning:
If you choose to clean the cottage (to a satisfactory level)there 
will only be a $50 charge for cleaning the linens etc.  if you do not choose 
to clean I will have you leave a check for an additional $50 for the cleaning lady.
