This brand new fourteenth floor three bedroom, three bath condo is
beautifully and professionally decorated and located at Towers Grande
in Daytona Beach Shores.

This oceanfront condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom that
overlooks the ocean. It is adjoined by a large master bath with a
garden tub, double vanities and a separate glass tile enclosed walk-
in
shower. The living room and dining room are tastefully decorated and
also overlook the ocean. The second guest bedroom with bath has a
queen size bed and overlooks the ocean. The kitchen overlooks the
living room and dining room and has all new GE appliances. The
laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full size washer and
dryer. All small appliances and cooking utensils are included. The
third bedroom and bath has two single beds, a lower bed and a loft.
In addition to opening to the main living area, this room also opens
to the back living space, furnished with a game/dining table,
situated
to overlook the Halifax River with a clear view of Daytona
International Speedway and the airport. The condo has all new
furniture throughout.

The unit contains two televisions with cable and CD/DVD players, a
separate radio/DVD player and a square foot balcony that overlooks
the ocean. The view from the back living space is as pleasant,
overlooking the Halifax River. In addition to a fully equipped
kitchen, all linens are provided.

The building features a secured entrance, secured underground
parking,
beautifully decorated community room with a big screen TV and a pool
table and a nicely furnished exercise room. There are two swimming
pools and two hot tubs that overlook the ocean.

In addition to the “World’s Most Famous Beach”, you can relax and
enjoy the pool, community and exercise rooms. Towers Grande is
located only minutes from the Daytona Speedway, 90 minutes from
Disney
World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando, one hour to St.
Augustine or the outlet stores on I-95, and one hour from Cape
Canaveral. We are located across the street from miniature golf and
go cart racing and are also near boating, deep sea fishing, golfing,
sailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing and jet skiing. There are
excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Don’t forget to
browse the shops in beautiful downtown Daytona.

Towers Grande has a two week minimum rental.

Daytona is very much and event town. In February, we start out with
the Daytona 500, March has Bikeweek followed by Spring Break.
Summer months begin in June with the Firecracker 400 near the July
4th. October brings Biketoberfest for the bikers.
