Just minutes away to great fishing!  And kayaking is a breeze from our back yard.  Swimming is just  
out your back door.....with snorkeling & diving just minutes away! 
 
Key West is just 20 miles away and Bahia Honda Park is only minutes away.  Looe Key Reef is an easy  
boat ride. 
 
Wrap around porches adorn this 2-story mansion with windows strategically placed to take full  
advantage of the views available.   
 
The floor plan allows the kitchen, dining room, living room and sitting room to be all open to one  
another and the ocean view.  The first floor bedroom has king bed with jacuzzi tub in bathroom with  
rain shower.  The lavish daybed in the sitting room is great for relaxing/reading or even sleeping. 
 
The kitcken is spacious with oversized refrigerator & freezer, conventional/convection oven with  
glass cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, spices and many gadgets including a lobster pan. 
A pub table in the kitchen doubles as a workspace and additional room for eating. 
 
Jerusalem stone counters throughout the home seem to provide a continuum to the sea. 
The large handmade angled staircase taking our guests to the second floor is a true work of art in  
itself. 
 
At the top of the stairs are the master bedroom (King) with large bathroom.  Claw-foot, jetted tub  
and large walk-in tumbled marble shower with 2 rain shower heads to relax in.   
 
The spare room upstairs (King) has its own bathroom as well with full shower/bathtub.  Views from  
upstair bedrooms provide balconies perfect for a small chair and reading or use it meditating on the  
beauty!  It's not unusual to spot sea life in the water from up here.

sunset festival occurring at Mallory Square and further partying on Duval Street and all over Key  
West.
