Relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening tropical drink from the large balconies of
the beautiful St. Croix Penthouse of Pelican Landing. When you are finished, take a dip in the
heated full-sized pool or hop into your boat that is conveniently waiting for you on the dock.
Later, you can clean your fish in the outdoor cleaning station and then cook up a feast on the grills
in the pool deck area. Want to get the latest scoop on what's happening in Key West? Then just ask
the concierge in the main office!

This luxury two-story penthouse condominium has enough space to comfortably accommodate your group of
up to 12 people. On the main level is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom with
king bed, and a second bedroom with two queen beds. The living room has a two-story cathedral
ceiling and glass windows that reach right to the top with spectacular views of the harbor. A second
master bedroom with a king bed is on the upper level, as well as another bedroom with two queen beds.
All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Balconies are accessible from the lower-level master
bedroom, the two upper-level bedrooms and the living room.

Pelican Landing sits directly on Garrison Bight Marina which, according to local lore, has never lost
a boat; so, rest assured your baby will be safe. Also, Pelican Landing is the only place in Key West
that provides a boat slip free of charge, space permitting. While a boat slip is not guaranteed,
chances are overwhelming good that you will get one since there are 15 slips for the 16 units in
Pelican Landing. Just make your request early. The slips along Pelican Landing's 200-foot dock can
hold a boat up to 35-feet in length with a 13-foot beam.

The St. Croix penthouse is a short walk to a marina where world-class fishing and scuba charters can
be engaged. When you are done being on the water and want to enjoy the charms of Old Town and Duval
Street, a quick bicycle hop is all it takes. Just across the street from the St. Croix penthouse is
Bayview Park where you can play tennis, shoot hoops, walk your dog or just hang out.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the St. Croix penthoue.

There is something for everyone to do in Key West. Stroll around lively Old Town while enjoying the
many restaurants, art galleries, museums, shops of Duval Street, etc. Take a leisurely walk along the
Harbor Walk, through charming neighborhoods and around the always-interesting Key West Cemetery. (See
if you can find the famous marker inscribed with the words, "I Told You I Was Sick.") Welcome in the
night's festivities at the Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square. Swim and snorkel in any of the public
beaches. Either rent a boat or take out your own for world-class fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving.
Take a trip to the Dry Tortugas. The more adventurous can jet ski and parasail.

Daily Rates based on 8 people:
Summer/Fall $448 per night;
Winter/Spring $548 per night;
May & November: $468 per night.

Four-night minimum May 1st thru December 15th, five nights during winter and spring, and seven nights
during holidays and special events.

Pets are allowed with advance notice and incur an additional charge of $20/night or $200/month for
each pet.

Other fees include: $25/night for each guest in excess of eight, taxes (11.5%) and $25 non-
refundable reservation fee.

To secure a reservation, a deposit is required in the amount of one-night's rent or 50% of total
stay, whichever is greater. 30-day cancellation except during holidays and special occasions when a
60-day notice is needed.
