ocean.  3 large bedrooms (2 Masters)with 4 baths in custom handmade Mexican 
tiles & Travertine.  2 living rooms, 3 fireplaces, .  lots of space and 
first class accomodations.  Center courtyard with private pool for a 
no tan line sunbathing. Steps to the beach.  Bath with body sprays 
.. Kitchen is first class with 6 burner Viking 
stovetop , double oven and a glass door SubZero fridge in one 
kitchen. Perfect to entertain in or just relax and treat yourself to 
the best.

1/2 house starts at 225/nite. up to 6 people.

cleaning fee 75-100
1/2 due to hold reservation (refundable, -cancellations: -20% up to two weeks before 
arrival.)  no refunds within the two weeks.  
balance due 2 weeks before arrival date.
