This beautiful condo at the Summit is located on the 14th floor overlooking both pools and the  
entire Gulf of Mexico coastline. Enjoy sunsets and spectacular views from the east and west. This  
condo has been recently remodeled. This one bedroom, 1.5 bath is located on Thomas Drive. It is  
fully furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom, bunks in the hallway, and a queen size sleeper  
sofa. It has TV/VCR in the living room and TV in the bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen, and a large  
patio directly overlooking the beach. The complex features 2 swimming pools (1 heated), 2 baby  
pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard, game room, coin laundries, ATM, and  
seasonal tiki hut.  It has everything you need for a great vacation. It is located within walking  
distance of restaurants, golf course and amusement parks. Complex also has gated security

There is a registration fee of $15 that is charged to get arm bands and parking passes. This fee is  
$25 during spring beak and is not a part of the rent.  
 
Refundable security deposit is required. 
$150 during regular season. $400 during Spring Break. 
 
Price includes cleaning fee. 
Add 10.5% Florida Sales Tax 
 
Sorry no smoking in the unit and no pets please. 
 
We do rent for 3-4 night stays during certain times of the year.
