Crosswinds condo on the second floor - 5 min walk to beach in Venice

Clean 2 bedroom condo on the second floor located south of Venice downtown on Airport Drive. The
complex is habited by older citizens and is a fairly quiet location. We are recently made furniture
additions and the unit is quite comfortable. It has a combination dining room/living room area, with
screened in porch, through which one can watch the small aircraft land and take off.

Clean, galley style kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking supplies and utensils. There are
linens and towels there, with plenty of pillows and blankets, also. The disposal units are located
close to the unit and are kept clean. The unit is within 10 minutes of the Venice Hospital and the
beach. There is indicated parking available just downstairs from unit.

The airport is right out the front of the unit and is really quite enjoyable to watch take offs and
landings. The public beach and Sharkey's Restaurant are within walking distance, if you so desire
or if you chose to drive, the parking area has been expanded and improved. The very pretty downtown
area shops and restaurants are a 10 minute drive and very nicely landscaped. It is really a
relaxing area with a slower pace. Of course, Sarasota is 20 miles north and Fort Myers about an
hour south, for a little more action.

summer rates are $500/week which runs from May 1st to September 30th
winter rates are $650/week which runs from October 1st to April 30th
