Vacation Rental Description

The Ocean Breeze is a newly upgraded, comfortable second floor studio 
suite w/one bathroom. This  
pleasant studio features 47' LCD HDTV w/DirecTV DVR and XFM radio; 
WiFi; Bose IPOD sound dock/charger;  
XBOX connection; Spanish terra cota flooring; new built-in armoire and 
2nd closet along with new  
furniture throughout. There is a large, centrally located skylight. 
The shower has been beautifully re- 
tiled. The new queen-size bed has 600 thread count bedding. The 
upgraded kitchenette comes fully  
equipped w/ cooking utensils, new refrigerator and microwave. The 
French doors open onto a private  
balcony large enough for two to dine outside overlooking the busy walk 
street below.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Ocean Breeze has one off-street parking space. Linens & towels, 
including the "Beach Ensemble" with  
beach towels, chair, and beach blanket, are included in the rate.  
 
Items needed for an infant are available through Babytown (at cost). 
Housekeeping & laundry services  
are available by request (at cost), prior to or upon arrival by 
calling the local contact number on  
rental agreement.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1150/week. $200/night for stays less than one week - 2 night minimum. 
$3,680/month 
Refundable security deposit: $500.  
Cleaning fee: $150.  
Mid-Week Cleaning Fee: $75 (kitchen, baths, floors every 7th day). 
Fresh linens & towels: $15/person/week (changed every 7th day) 
Three weeks = 10% off (only ). Four weeks plus = 20% off.  
These rates are not applicable to summer June 1 through September 15. 
Pet Fee: $100 (no cats please - allergy issues)
