Vacation Rental Description

The Venetian is a newly remodeled, comfortably furnished, large 2 
bedroom/2 bath suite for 6-8  
people. The main rooms have new hardwood flooring and the bedrooms 
have new carpeting.  
 
The living room features a 52" LCD  HDTV w/DirecTV DVR; DVD player; 
FXM radio; connection for an  
XBOX; Bose IPOD  
sounddock/charger; a fireplace; and a queen-size sleeper sofa.  
 
The master bedroom has a 32" LCD HDTV w/DirecTV w/ DVR; king-size bed; 
and IPOD charger/alarm clock.  
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Linens are all 600 thread count. Both 
bedrooms have large closets.  
 
Linens & towels are included in the rate. The "Beach Ehsemble" 
includes a beach towel, beach chair,  
and beach blanket for two. More available upon request.  
 
The fully-equipped kitchen has all brand new appliances, including 
stove, refrigerator and  
dishwasher.  
 
The courtyard has comfortable patio furniture and a gas barbeque. 
Off-street parking for one car.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Towels: 2 sets per person provided - more available upon request. 
 
Linens: down and down alternative comforters provided - more available 
upon request.  
 
Twin air mattrasses available for extra sleeping arrangements 
appropriate for children.  
 
Items needed for infants are available through Babytown. Contact us in 
advance to make arrangements  
(at  
cost). 
 
Housekeeping & laundry services are available by request (at cost), 
prior to or upon arrival by  
calling the local contact number on rental agreement. Items for 
infants, such as baby crib and toys,  
can be arranged by calling Babytown.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1895/week. $275/night for stays less than one week - 2 night minimum. 
$6064/month 
Refundable security deposit: $1500.  
Cleaning fee: $200.  
Mid-Week Cleaning Fee: $100 (kitchen, baths, floors every 7th day). 
Pet Fee: $100 (no cats please - allergy issues) 
If you would like us to provide fresh linens & towels - $15/person/week. 
Three weeks = 10% off (only $5,116). Four weeks plus = 20% off.  
These rates are not applicable to summer June 1 through September 15.
