In the living room there is a queen size sleeper sofa. Two beautifully decorated
bedrooms, each with a comfy queen size bed and ceiling fans. Large walk-in shower with
new towels, sheets and bedding. Washer-dryer are in the condo! Large flat
screen projector TV with new VCR/DVD player. Large screened lanai with ceiling fan and
sliding doors to dining area. Designated covered parking spot. Easy walk to the most
beautiful beach in Florida with world famous shelling. Central air and
heat with thermostat.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Condo is located on desirable east end of island for easy on/off access. Easy walk to
gorgeous white sandy beach, Sanibel lighthouse, fishing pier, shops, and east end
restaurants. Kayaking, boating, windsurfing, tennis, golf, are all easily available
without ever leaving the island. For quiet time, cable TV, books, puzzles, board games
are in the condo for your use. No pets. Absolutely no smoking. Nearby manager for quick
response to your needs.

Sanibel is the "shell capital of the world"! Island has library, live theatre, movie

Monthly Rentals Only. (28 consecutive days minimum--28 days may overlap 2 months if
available)
FALL 2008 SPECIAL--November 10 THRU December 10 (30 days) $2500
April-December: $3000.00 per month.
January-March: $3500.00 per month.
Rates do not include 11% Florida Tax.
