Kayaking, boating, windsurfing, tennis, golf, are all easily available without ever leaving the island. For quiet time, cable TV, books, puzzles, board games are in the condo for your use. No pets. Absolutely no smoking. Nearby manager for quick response to your needs.

June-August: $2500 per month.  

September-November: $3000.00 per month.

December-March: $3500.00 per month.  

April-May: $3000 per month.
