Winter Rates • The beach is fabulously beautiful in the winter. And guess what? It's like being on a deserted island. If you travel through life in the opposite direction of the crowds, this is for you. And many days are in the upper 60's and low 70's. Try it once, you'll be hooked.

Our winter stimulus rates for one bedroom units Pool side E-103 will be $81.00, for Ocean front D-102  with 180 degree view. The rate will be $101.00 per night and for our two bedroom, E-211 - $115 plus sales tax, cleaning fee and island pass. Ends March 1, 2011.

Located 14 miles east of downtown Beaufort, on the private, 1400 acre
Harbor Island, the living slows way down. D-102 at Cedar Reef Villas
has a fabulous 180 degree view of St. Helena's Sound and the Atlantic
Ocean. So sit on the deck and relax a while; let your artistic spirit
be rejuvenated.

Or, doesn't a long walk along a white pristine beach sound great? Go
down the few steps off our deck, make your way across the adjacent
boardwalk, over the natural lowland habitat, and at certain times of
the year - you will practically have the beach to yourself. This is a
photographer's or artist's paradise. Nature lovers will not be
disappointed!

ABOUT OUR UNIT - D-102
Decorated in a fun artistic, eclectic style, D-102 features one bedroom(1-and-1/2 baths) with a deck that crosses the entire length of the unit. (One of the
only units at Cedar Reef Villas with this configuration; it offers a
lot of additional living space.) In addition to the new king bed, one
living room sofa makes into a queen-size bed to sleep two more. Linens
are provided.

The kitchen is equipped for the gourmet chef-wannabe in your family.
Be sure to stop at Publix on your way out of Beaufort. It is on the
left after you cross Lady's Island bridge over the intercoastal
waterway after you go through downtown Beaufort on Route 21. Or, stop
at Gay's Seafood on the right before you cross the Harbor River Bridge
across from the famous (featured in Coastal Living) Shrimp Shack.
A five minute walk takes you to the community pool at the other end of
D building. Another five-minute walk takes you to the exercise center
in the lower level of the Beach Cabana Club. There is a large
kidney-shaped pool, six clay tennis courts, and a putting green.
