Charming 3 bedroom/2 bath home on Suttons Bay with deck, private beach, and dock. Very secluded,
sleeps 8. Completely furnished, including grill, patio furniture, washer and dryer, microwave,
coffee maker, dishwasher, towels and linens. No smoking or pets. Located 2.5 miles north of
Suttons Bay - we are directly across the bay from Stoney Point. The sandiness/rockiness of the
beach varies from year to year, depending on the water level, winter ice and storms, etc. It is
typically a mixture of smooth pebbles and sand.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rents for $1,100 to $1,600/week; Saturday, 2 PM (Check-in) to Saturday, 10 AM (check-out):
June 27 to August 22, 2009: $1,600/week
Other summer 2009 weeks: $1,100/week
Daily rents in the off-season: $200/night for the first 2 nights, $150/additional nights, 2 night
minimum.
Longer term rentals in the off-season are also available at lower rates - please inquire.
