beautiful Intersecting tidal Canals. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2  baths.  
Located in a quiet neighborhood,close to basic shopping, with large Shopping Malls only 20-30 minutes  
away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Over 1500 sq.ft., beautifully appointed and fully furnished, with in-house washer and dryer,  
dishwasher and fully Air Conditioned. It has tiled hallways and kitchen areas, with  
carpeted Living area and Bedrooms. The kitchen is brightly lighted, Stainless Steel sink and a  
pantry.  
This Unit is equipped with TV, CD-DVD, and all rooms have ceiling fans/lights.

Activities and Attractions

Only takes about 45 minutes from the SW Florida International A/P and you have Beaches, Boating,  
Cycling, Golf, and tennis, all locally available.  
Live Theater, Historical museums, Splash Park, Movie theaters and Red  
Sox Spring Training all within a radius of 10 to 45 minutes. 
Ft Myers, Bonita Springs, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island are only a few minutes drive for their  
beautiful Sandy Beaches, fine restaurants, Pier Fishing and Breathtaking Sunsets. 
Disney World, Bush Gardens and the Everglades are only one to three hours drive. Also there areScenic  
Boat tours to the Florida Keys  
and return that same day. You might even want to partake of Gambling on a River Boat as it roves  
offshore in the Gulf.  
Auto trips to the East Coast for Miami, Ft Lauerdale, Boca Raton and West Palm take less than three  
hours.

May--October $1100/Mo. plus 11% tax 
$100.00 Reference Application Fee 
$500.00 Deposit due with signed contract 
$150.00 Departure Clean-up fee
