Our one story home is warm and inviting -- it has been recently
painted, carpeted, refurnished
and outfitted with all the amenities you could possibly want. You
and your family will have room
to spread out with over 2,000 square feet of open and airy living
space, including a fully
functional kitchen. It is situated on a quarter acre lot with above
ground pool, spa and large
grassy area for the kids to play. We�ve tried our very best to make
sure our home has everything
you will need to make your vacation magical!
The location is perfect! Close and convenient to everything, yet
hidden away in this quiet, safe,
established neighborhood. It sits on a tree lined street, where the
neighbors know each other and
always say hi to our guests as they walk to the local park at the end
of the street. It is one of
the best little neighborhoods in Anaheim, yet only 1 mile from
Disneyland. The street is � block
off of the main street leading to Disneyland!

Our home is located just minutes away from the Disneyland Theme
Parks. There are several other
nearby attractions within a two hour drive.

vacation rental rates

Rates are dependent upon season and vary with length of stay.
**Additional fees may apply (refundable deposit, cleaning, etc.)
**All rates based on 15 person occupancy. Additional charge of $25
per night per additional person.

High season (including all holidays and the months of March, April,
June, July and August):
3 night minimum: $500/night
5-9 nights: $350/night
10th night: FREE
14 nights (2 weeks): $350/night ($4200 total including 2 FREE night)


Low season (including January, February, May, September, October and
November):
3 night minimum: $400/night
5-9 nights: $300/night
10th night: FREE
14 nights (2 weeks): $300/night ($3600 total including 2 FREE night)
We accept payment in the form of cash, personal/business/cashier's
check, money order, wire transfer, paypal,
and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Enough room for everyone

There were three families staying at the house, my parents, my son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, and my daughter and I. There was enough room at the house for all 8 of us to not be on top each other all of the time. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was a little cool for me! There were enough dishes, pots & pans, and towels for us to be able to use without washing everything all of the time.

We enjoyed sitting at the large dinning room table for meals and watching TV in the den. The house is so homey, that you feel like you are not on vacation, but right in your own home.

We wish there had been a few more toys for my younger granddaughter, 21 months months, to play with. But, we were very happy that there were the baby items, strollers and pack-n-play, which we were able to use.

We did experience, on the first day there, that it is wise to not have two people taking showers at the same time. The smaller bathroom shower ran out of hot water while a person was taking a shower in master bathroom. We staggered shower time the next time and everything was fine.

We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the mornings, drinking coffee and reading. The weather was perfect, and we had no problems with bugs. Something we can't say in Florida!

The house is close to a shopping center that has a grocery store, smaller stores, there is a Burger King, Taco Bell and M&M Donuts. M&M Donuts are fantastic, and the most delicious donuts we have ever tasted. But a warning the lines for donuts, in the evening, are very long! There is a CVS Pharmacy down the block and a Target close by. The house is about a mile from Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and Disney California Adventure Park. The beach is an easy drive to get to.

We would recommend staying at this house for any large group of people. We are so grateful we were able to find this house, and enjoyed it very much!
