Reservation Policy:
50% deposit at the time of reservation.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security/Damage Deposit required ($1,600 due with balance)
11.5% added tax for all leases less than 6 months.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund 30 days prior to arrival.
1/2 deposit refunded 15 days prior to arrival.
Within 15 days of arrival, full deposit will by retained.
