Royal West Indies Resort is an upscale development, renowned for it's

The Calabash Suite is a luxurious private residence, located on an upper floor of the beach front building.  This suite is directly on the Beach and offers spectacular 180 degree Beach and Ocean views. Unlike most other suites at RWI - there are no other condo buildings in front of you blocking your beach and ocean views.  This suite is truly spectacular and is offered for occasional rental to discerning parties.

This suite offers over 1000 square feet of elegant living space, featuring a spacious living area directly overlooking the ocean with large sliding glass doors opening onto an oversized wrap around terrace.

The master bedroom is bright and airy with it's signature Caribbean
louvered shutters. The suite also features a fully appointed and
upgraded kitchen and with SS appliances, dishwasher, ice maker,
breakfast bar and dining area.

This suite comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home and has
many upgraded features including: 32" stereo TV, digital cable TV - 70
channels, surround sound home theater system, I Pod docking station,
upgraded designer living room furniture, SS kitchen appliances,
upgraded patio furniture, reverse osmosis filtered drinking water, ice
maker, and terrace ceiling fan. And keep in touch with our
complimentary en suite high speed Ethernet and WiFi wireless internet
connections.

The Suite accommodates up to four people in comfort, with a luxurious
king-size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size sofa
bed in the living room. The Calabash Suite is a full one bedroom
suite, with a separate and private master bedroom, double the size of
standard suites at Royal West Indies Resort.

This development is centrally located on Grace Bay within easy walking
distance of the Ports of Call Mall, Salt Mills Plaza, Regent Village
Center, and many of the Islands best restaurants, Golf
Course,  Casino, Nightclubs, Bars, and Shopping. There is an
excellent restaurant, The Mango Reef, located on site at Royal West
Indies Resort for your convenience. And if you prefer preparing your
own meals, the new IGA Gourmet grocery store is just a short walk away.

Use of watersports equipment - Hobie Catamarans, Ocean Kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bicycles and snorkeling gear is included with your rental. A set of golf clubs is also available in the suite for your use.

What a place - the location, the facilities, the resort. We could not
find fault with this rental. Steps from the most wonderful beach, our
favorite time was the sunset, and watching this from the terrace.
Everything that was stated about the Turks and Caicos, and in
particular this condo, is absolutely true. Fantastic restaurants,
within walking distance. Boat/catamaran trips were great, and very
good value for money. I highly recommend this condo and the Turks and
Caicos Islands.
