Located a block and a half from the Pacific Ocean in friendly Shell  
Beach... 
 
This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is turnkey ready for your  
relaxing stay in this small seaside village in Central California.  
The home is tastefully furnished with a mixture of antiques and  
modern conveniences.   
 
The living room windows provide plenty of sunlight for reading or a  
warm, sun-bathed afternoon lounge.  The large enclosed sunporch takes  
in lots of light from the wall of windows and skylight.  There is  
comfortable furniture for reading, relaxing, or watching TV or your  
favorite DVD/VHS. There is also a game table perfect for board games  
or a friendly game of cards.  The dining room echos the seaside theme  
with seating for six.  
The kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled.  Each bedroom has been  
individually decorated keeping in rhythm with the slow-paced seaside  
life.  There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout. 
 
The spacious front yard is enclosed with a quaint white picket fence  
bordered with flowering trees and bushes and a view of the ocean.   
The backyard is large enough for a family to enjoy lawn games, eat at  
the picnic table or for a romantic evening spent in the curtained  
cabana.  The backyard is also fully fenced. 
 
Fresh linens and towels are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to Shell Beach which features marine life,  
tidepools , and incredible sunrises and sunsets.  Close by there is  
kayaking, surfing, fishing, sunbathing . The costal rocks are  
stopping grounds for sealions in spring and summer and October- 
February is whale-watching season. 
 
There are many shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking  
distance of the house, including antiques, kayak rental and coffee  
houses. 
 
A short distance south is Pismo Beach with its shops, seafood  
restaurants and nightlife.  North to Avila Beach finds the same.  A  
little farther north is San Luis Obispo with its famous Thursday  
night Farmer's Market featuring fresh vegetables, fruits, music and  
delicious BBQ tri-tip. 
 
Famous Danish-style village, Solvang is only 45 minutes south. 
 
This Beach House is centrally located in the heart of the Central  
Coast wine region, between San Francisco & Los Angeles. Tours and  
wine tastings are only a short trip away.  Nearby are well-known  
antiquing areas and designer outlets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rented on a monthly basis only. $2200.00 per month September through  
May. $2500.00 per month June through August. 
 
A $500.00 deposit is required at time of reservation. This is  
fully refundable after departure, if no damage is found. 
 
There is a non-refundable one-time $80.00 cleaning fee.   
 
Up to two dogs may be allowed...No cats allowed.  Children always  
welcome! 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
 
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days  
prior to arrival date.  No refunds for early departure. 
 
Sleeps 6.  No smoking permitted inside the house. 
 
Check-in time: 3:00pm 
Check-out time: 11:00am
