The whole idea of going on vacation is to go someplace different, see new things, have new
experiences. And sometimes, a regular hotel just doesn't cut it. If you really want to have an
fantastic travel experience, book some time at our amazing, one-of-a-kind casita.
This is a one bedroom/one bath guest house with everything you need to feel right at home. The
guest house is located in a very private and peaceful setting on our property in El Segundo, Ca. It
is a short walk to revitalized downtown district with plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee houses
and Bars. It is a mile from Dockwieler State Beach Park where you can ride bikes along the coast
for miles in either direction. You are within 45 minutes to all things Los Angeles. Hollywood,
Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Malibu. You are within 10 minutes to
Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Venice Beach. You are 7 minutes to LAX. El Segundo
is truely like taking a step back in time. Don't miss the opportunity to experience a city the way
it used to be.

vacation rental rates
$125 a night with a three night minimum. Less than three nights is $150 a night.
** Special discounts-$750 a week-$2500 a month.**
A $50 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
A 1/3 deposit, paid through PayPal, is required to reserve the rental, refundable up to two weeks prior
to the reserved arrival date. Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival paid through PayPal.
