Over the past 3 years, there has been a miraculous rebirth of this
awesome shore point.
The only free beach in NJ with fireworks every Friday night during
the season.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo and a large great room with a
fireplace and flat screen TV with a DVD.
Central air with ceiling fans.
There is a fully stocked modern kitchen and a washer & dryer.
It sleeps 10 (6 ADULTS AND 4 CHILDREN). One full bed, one queen and 2
bunk-beds with futons and a pull out queen sofa.
There is a front deck and a rear deck off two of the bedrooms.
There are 2 parking spaces in a common garage and street parking.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE AND PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S

August 23 to September 12 - $1250/wk - No week-end rentals
September 12 to September 26 - $1150/wk - See week-end rates below

Seasonal Rental (May 24-Sept 12) - $18,000

Off-season rental(Sept 27 -Dec 31)-$825/week or 3 night minimum-$400
4 nights - $500.
Off-Season Month-Month - $1200/mon

Memorial Day Week-end, Hydrofest, Italian Week-end, Fireman's
Weekend, Irish Weekend, Harley Owner's
Weekend, Classic Car Weekend. 3 night minimum - $750, 4 nights -
$850.
Other week-ends in May & Sept - 3 night minimum $525, 4 nights - $625.

For weekly rentals: Check in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday, Check out
is 10:00 AM the following Saturday (Other arrangements must be
approved ahead of time)

$500 security deposit required. Deposit will be returned within 14
days if no damage to unit.

Take $100 off per week for rentals of 2 weeks or more
or
if you Book & Pay in Full before March 30, 2009
