Seasonal Rental (May 29-Sept 11) - $18,000
Off-season rental (Sept 24 -Dec 31)-$825/week or 3 night minimum-$400
4 nights - $500.
Off-Season Month-Month - $1200/mon
Memorial Day Week-end, Hydrofest, Italian Week-end, Fireman's
Weekend, Irish Weekend, Harley Owner's
Weekend, Classic Car Weekend. 3 night minimum - $500, 4 nights -
$600.
Other week-ends in May & Sept - 3 night minimum $450, 4 nights - $550.
For weekly rentals: Check in time is 3:00 PM on Saturday, Check out
is 10:00 AM the following Saturday (Other arrangements must be
approved ahead of time)
$500 security deposit required. Deposit will be returned within 14
days if no damage to unit.
Take $100 off per week for rentals of 2 weeks or more
or
if you Book & Pay in Full before March 30, 2010.
