This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, smoke-free house is situated at the top of the Beachgate path to the fabulous Seacliff Beach State Park in Aptos, with miles of white sand beaches ideal for walking, sunbathing, jogging, swimming and beach recreation.
This beach has some of the warmest water and safest swimming in Northern California, and provides summer lifeguards, restrooms, showers, snack bar, and a great fishing pier.
Take a short walk south on the beach to the town of Rio Del Mar, with restaurants, a deli, coffee shop and small store. Two blocks to more restaurants, stores and shopping from the house. 
We call our house Beachgatehouse and have a web site. Just add the com to the end of beachgatehouse.
The living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and two decks feature views of the Monterey Bay from Pleasure Point all the way south to Monterey.
Relax and enjoy looking out over the migration of gray whales, the thousands of shore birds, and the antics of the local dolphins and sea lions.

Two bedrooms have queen beds. The third has a double and single bed. Two bedrooms and the second bath are downstairs. On downstairs room has french doors to the hot tub deck (HOT TUB IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE) and your personal television with cable. The master bedroom is upstairs with a bath, cable TV and a view deck. There is a landscaped garden, and garage for secure parking. There is parking for three cars. There is no street parking.
Close to the Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk. Minutes to Capitola shopping and restaurants. Seacliff Beach has picnic tables and barbecue grills.
