aims to accomodate. With bedroom suites for adults and kids, a designer kitchen, huge dining room,
flat screen TVs, room to room satellite radio, game room with ping pong and fooseball, and wonderful
covered decks. This home accomodates everyone! It has been specifically custom built for the owner
and special clients and is offered for rent when available. Views from every room. Fully
furnished, equipped and decorated by interior design team.
Bring your boat or other water toys as well as bikes and golf clubs. Within 30 minutes to several
quaint restaurants, bars, golf, casino, etc. Lake Roosevelt is over 100 miles long from Grand
Coulee Dam to Canada. It boasts wonderful boating, public beaches, ammenities up and down the lake
and great fishing.

The Master bedroom has King bed, sitting room with flatscreen TV, jacuzzi tub, glass block shower
and walk-in closet.
Guest suite has King bed, flatscreen TV and walk-in closet.
The Bunkroom alone, sleeps 6 comfortably and has a walk-in closet.
The Den has a comfortable queen ben and TV in armoire. Dining room table seats 10 and the bar seats
5 more. Home has dual stoves, dual dishwashers, all other high quality appliances and central
vaccum.

Boating, swimming, fishing, skiing, canoeing/kayaking, beach area down trail below home. Hiking,
biking, gambling, golfing, bird/wildlife watching.

Daily Rates: May 1st through September 30th--$400.00 per night
October 1st through April 30th--$300.00 per night
Two-night minimum stay.
50% required within 48 hours of reservation, can be paid by personal check; 50% balance/final
deposit prior to occupancy by cashier's check. Cancellations with 48 hours of reservations will
forfeit deposit. Damage deposit--$1000.00 deposit required, may be refunded if applicable, within
14 days of vacating property. $100.00 cleaning fee--non-refundable.
