This immaculate house is just a few short blocks from the boat ramp.   
Located in Warrenton, Oregon.  95 miles from Portland, 10 north of  
Seaside or 5 short miles south of historic Astoria.  Our house is  
located in a nice family neighborhood.  Private and relaxing.  You  
can be a fisherman, hunter or golfer and enjoy our home.  The garage  
is a double car and very deep.  Safe and secure for your boat or  
vehicle.  Includes 2 freezers for all that fish that you catch..... 
Inside the house is warm and comfortable.  Blankets and comforters to  
crawl up and read that good book.  The house has a master  
bedroom/bath with a King size bed, 2 Twins in second room and the  
third room has a queen size bed with a bathroom across the hall.  The  
house has just been freshly painted and comes with all linens. 
The private backyard is perfect for kids to play and is completely  
fenced in.   
The kitchen is ready for you to cook up a storm.  Has everything you  
need to feed a crowd.  You want to cook your catch, crab pots are in  
the garage. 
A perfect house for a family or a Guy's Sport Weekend!
